What is Design Classics return policy?
All our products pass through stringent quality checks of international standards. If for any reason you have received a defective or damaged product, we give you the opportunity to get it replaced within 30 days of the invoice date at no extra cost (applicable to all products sold online through our website designclassics.in.)

This is subject to conditions specified by the management, as below:
The returned items should be in the original condition as you had received them. We will not be able to accept the returned goods if:

  • The product is damaged by mishandling.
  • The product is not returned with the original box with packing materials.
  • Innerwear, lingerie are not covered under the return policy. But if there are a set of more than one piece in a box, the un-tampered packed innerwear can be returned or exchanged for size or ill fitting reasons.

 

All products sold by Design Classics are covered by replacement guarantee, subject to availability of the same on designclasscis.in

How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Please let us know about the defect you noticed with the product code immediately through the feedback@designclassics.in. If the defect is genuine and qualifies for replacement as per our 30 Day Replacement Guarantee, you may return the defective product within 30 days from the date of invoice for a free replacement.

Please bear in mind that the returned product is to be sent along with its original packing materials and in the original condition in which it was received . On receipt and after inspecting the piece, if we find it qualifying for replacement, we will send you a fresh piece as replacement at no extra cost

How can I cancel items in my order?
If you wish to cancel any item you ordered it can be done before it is shipped.

The procedure to cancel :

  • Sign in to your designclassics account and go to the "My Orders" page
  • Locate the item you wish to cancel and select the link "View Details".
  • You can identify the links marked "Cancel" against each of the items on the order you placed.
  • Select the "Cancel" link; mention the reason for your decision to cancel the item. You can choose the mode by which your refunds to be made and then “confirm” Cancellation
  • On receipt of your cancellation request, we will process the same and make sure that the refunds are made without any time lapse.

 

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
We will need at the most 2 working days to complete an order cancellation procedure and settle the refund request. We will notify you on the status of the process.

In case you had requested for the money to be refunded back to the source of original transaction, The refund may take 7 to 10 days depending on the processing period required by those operating banks. To know the status of your refunds you may contact the banks directly if there is any delay after the cancellation and refund is confirmed by designclasscis.in
